March 2010 REALTOR® Market Index Continues to Show Improvement Compared to the Same Time Last Year

Price Index on positive side of scale for second straight month
WALTHAM, Mass. – April 13, 2010 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) today announced that REALTORS® continue to feel the market has improved over the previous year according to results of the March 2010 Massachusetts REALTOR® Market Index (RMI). For the second month in a row, the REALTOR® Price Index is above 50 points and on the positive side of the 100-point scale.
